Research and Evaluation: Knowledge: B: During the course, Introduction to Research Methods in Education and School Counseling, I took and passed the "Protecting Human Research Participants" web-based training course through the National Institutes of Health. The certificate can be found here.
Research and Evaluation: Knowledge: C: During the course, Leadership in School Counseling, I learned to examine the outcomes of my school counseling programs and demonstrated this reflection when I wrote a paper, where I created a goal for my program and discussed how I would evaluate it. For example, I provided professional development to my colleagues on Trauma Informed Practices. This presentation was based on research.
